We’re looking for a motivated and well-connectedPlayground Sales Representativeto expand our presence in the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota region. If you thrive on building relationships, securing contracts, and love the creative, joyful world of playgrounds — this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

As our commission-based sales rep, you’ll be the front line in identifying and securing exciting new playground projects. This role is ideal for someone who already knows the playground sales landscape and can confidently connect with:

  • Parks & Recreation Departments
  • City and Municipal Councils
  • School Districts and Educational Boards
  • Large Corporations and Private Developers
  • Commercial Landscape Architects & Planners

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively researching and reaching out to potential clients and bid opportunities
  • Presenting our custom playground solutions to decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Generating leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events
  • Coordinating with our internal design and project teams to support bid preparation
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and maintaining follow-ups

Who You Are

  • A confident and personable communicator with a track record inplayground, recreation, or site furnishings sales
  • Locate within a reasonable distance of Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial — you’re ready to hustle, make connections, and earn on performance
  • Familiar with government RFP processes, municipal project cycles, and contract negotiations
  • Comfortable working independently, setting your schedule, and managing your sales pipeline

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B or municipal sales experience (Playground/Recreation industry experiencestrongly preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy enough to manage CRM, email outreach, and virtual presentations
