What You’ll Do:

• Promote and sell Power Transmission components (sprockets, gears, sheaves, pulleys) and/or Bulk Material Handling equipment (screw conveyors, bucket elevators, drag conveyors, conveyor pulleys) to both new and existing distributor accounts throughout the territory (Houston, Texas area).
• Conduct product training and sales presentations to educate customers on product features, proper use, and maintenance and ensure they understand the value and functionality of our solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities by actively seeking out and building relationships with new customers, while maintaining and strengthening partnerships with current clients to deliver excellent service.
• Provide comprehensive support, offering technical and non-technical guidance to clients on operating, maintaining, and applying parts and equipment, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success.

What You'll Bring:

• Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and develop business opportunities.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with the industrial marketplace in the territory and surrounding areas, including key industry players and trends.
• Knowledge of Power Transmission components (sprockets, gears, sheaves, pulleys) and/or Bulk Material Handling equipment (screw conveyors, bucket elevators, drag conveyors, conveyor pulleys).
• Proven success in outside sales, with a track record of selling to an established distributor base and achieving sales targets.
• Experience conducting product training and sales presentations to educate customers and showcase product value.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business, identify potential customers, and create long-lasting relationships.
• Strong mathematical and mechanical aptitude, capable of understanding and solving moderate to complex problems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly, customer-oriented approach.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven, with strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service, always prioritizing client satisfaction.
• Proficient with computers and skilled in organization and multi-tasking.
