WORK-LIFE BALANCE

• Four-day work week
• Avg. 17-19 adult and child patients per day

ANNUAL PAY AND BENEFITS

• $156,907-$199,680 base salary pay range
• 4% retirement match (100% vested on day one)
• 40 hours of CE leave
• Paid holidays, paid vacation, paid sick time and retirement benefits as outlined in the Employee Handbook
• Comprehensive health benefits for you and your family
• Moving expense reimbursement up to $5,000
• Sign-on Bonus - $10,000 (for a 12-month commitment)
• Loan Repayment up to $50,000 per year through National Health Service Corps
