Responsibilities

• Use the approved course syllabus format when creating course syllabi
• Teach all classes according to an approved course syllabus
• Ensure that assigned classes are held as scheduled and maintain attendance
• Assess student achievement and modify teaching techniques based on assessment feedback
• Submit reports including attendance, grades, and related documentation
• Attend department meetings and participate in program goals and curriculum review
• Initiate discussions on improving teaching, curriculum, and processes
• Attend professional development activities to remain informed of current trends
• Serve on college committees as needed
• Demonstrate professional attitude and commitment to student growth
• Support the University mission, vision and values
• Perform all other duties as assigned
• Report to the Director and communicate goals/objectives regularly
