Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a full-time delivery driver for Store #2306 in Columbia, SC. You will load, transport, and deliver painting products to customers, ensuring accuracy, safety, and on-time arrivals.

Responsibilities include loading orders, handling paperwork, and maintaining vehicle readiness. The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a valid driver’s license with DOT MEC where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have a valid DOT MEC (Medical Examiner's Certificate).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products from Sherwin-Williams stores to customers.
• Load customer orders onto the truck.
• Maintain accurate delivery forms and documentation.
• Deliver items safely and on time, following routes and schedules.
• Maintain and report on vehicle condition and servicing needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or complaints.
• Operate vehicles and handling equipment safely.
• Assist with store duties such as tinting and blending orders.
• Adhere to transportation laws and safety guidelines.
