Chick-fil-A Founders Square in Flower Mound, TX is hiring a Team Member to be the heart of our restaurant, whether at the Front Counter or in the Kitchen. You will help create remarkable experiences with guests, maintain high standards, and contribute to a culture of care and excellence.

Key Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while remaining calm.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs (for physical/kitchen tasks).
• Flexibility to work shifts scheduled between 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
• Saturday availability is a huge plus.
