Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Florida is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service at the front counter and drive-thru. You will greet guests with a smile, take accurate orders, prepare beverages and desserts, and help keep dining areas clean and welcoming.

No prior experience is required as Chick-fil-A provides comprehensive training. Must be at least 16 years old and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

A Chick-fil-A Team Member is responsible for winning the hearts of our guests through consistent execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with a smile, make eye contact, and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take customer orders accurately at the front counter or drive-thru.
• Prepare beverages, desserts, and assemble/serve orders quickly and correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, counter areas, restrooms, and other guest-facing spaces while following health and sanitation guidelines.
• Anticipate guest needs, answer menu questions, handle special requests, and resolve any complaints promptly and courteously.
• Ensure every guest leaves satisfied with a positive experience and "second-mile" service (going above and beyond).
• Support opening/closing procedures as needed and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Uphold Chick-fil-A's brand standards, core values, and operational policies for food safety, quality, and consistency.
