Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a registered nurse for on-site assignments in the United States. The role involves applying the nursing process to assess and plan patient care, delivering skilled nursing services per orders, and monitoring physiologic and psychosocial patient changes across assignments.

Qualified candidates must hold an active RN license in the practicing state, have current TB or chest X-ray and a valid BLS card.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray
• Current BLS card

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on each assignment
• Provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
