Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered professional nurse licensed in NYS or eligible to obtain license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate perioperative nursing care to ensure safe patient outcomes.
• Provide direct intraoperative patient care while maintaining aseptic technique.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in accordance with requirements.
• Promote quality and safety through compliance with policies and professional development.
