Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Housekeeper for SANTIANNA, a premier senior living community in California. You will clean resident apartments, public areas, and laundry for residents and the community, delivering friendly, courteous service in line with our mission and values.

Ideal candidates have prior housekeeping or janitorial experience, are at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests required.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments as directed.
• Clean all public and common areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
