Job summary

SANTIANNA is a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group. The Housekeeper will clean resident apartments and common areas, perform laundry, and help maintain a safe environment in a caring setting.

We seek individuals with prior housekeeping experience, 18+ years old, good communication skills, and a desire to serve the elderly. Benefits are provided as part of our team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal communication with staff, residents and families.
• Must pass background checks and health screening incl. TB tests.
• Vaccination/testing and PPE per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers.
