Job summary

Oakmont of San Antonio Heights, part of Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member in California to maintain resident apartments and public areas while ensuring safety and cleanliness. Ideal candidates will have some housekeeping experience, be at least 18, and communicate well with residents, families, and staff.

A strong desire to support the elderly and work in a caring community is essential.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with staff, residents, and families.
• Must pass background check and health screening including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
