Job summary

CCS Facility Services is hiring a Janitor to keep our Phoenix workplace clean, organized, and disinfected. The role covers interior cleaning, restrooms, and common areas, with a consistent night shift schedule from 6 pm to 10 pm, Monday through Friday.

Candidates must follow safety rules, maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. This position emphasizes dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform cleaning duties across interiors including floors, restrooms, and windows.

Responsibilities

• Clean interiors of buildings: floors, carpets, windows, walls and general tasks.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, hallways, and common areas.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools, and phones.
• Restrooms cleaning and supply replenishment.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report shortages.
• Follow safety rules and lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Close doors at end of night shift.
