• Performs safety checks and monitors for contraband.
• Interacts with patients and reports significant observations.
• Leads patient educational groups and activities to support treatment goals.
• Records vital signs and updates clinical team on changes.
• Applies de-escalation techniques and assists with restraints as needed.
• Supports unit organization and patient/discharge processes.
