Volare Health, LLC is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) for Highland House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass, OR. New Starting Pay ranges from $51.00/HR to $60.50/HR with an $8,500 Sign-On Bonus for full-time new hires.

The RN will develop and update resident care plans, provide leadership and direct care, and ensure compassionate, professional care within a supportive team setting. Residency and career-growth opportunities are included.

New nurses can participate in a 3-month Long Term Care New Nurse Residency, involving the Geri-Res residency curriculum and a structured onsite mentorship.
