Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria.
• Able to push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can kneel, crouch, balance.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities; foster independence, choice and empowerment while ensuring health and safety.
• Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of life.
• Transporting individuals between homes and the Day Program using a company van.
• Providing personal care assistance.
• Participating in community outings with transportation and assistance.
