ViaQuest Day & Employment Services in Warrensville Heights, OH is hiring a Program Specialist for a full-time role (Mon-Fri, 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.) at $17.50 per hour. Training is provided in full, and no prior experience is required. You will support individuals with developmental disabilities, assist with daily activities, and help ensure health and safety. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR must meet company criteria.
• Ability to push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs and to kneel, crouch, or balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities while promoting independence and safety.
• Supervise, teach, and assist individuals in daily activities.
• Transport individuals between homes and the Day Program using a company van.
• Provide personal care assistance as needed.
• Participate in community outings and activities with individuals served.
