ServiceMaster Clean by Real World is hiring a dependable Full-Time Day Porter to support one of our commercial client facilities. The role combines daily facility cleaning with conference and event room setup, Monday–Friday, 35-40 hours per week, daytime schedule.

You will set up and break down meeting spaces, move tables and chairs, maintain restrooms and common areas, and provide great customer service to client staff and visitors. Prior janitorial or hospitality experience is preferred.

• Friendly and courteous when interacting with client employees, guests, and visitors
• Previous janitorial, day porter, hospitality, event setup, or facility experience is preferred but not required

Aufgaben

• Set up and break down conference and meeting rooms throughout the facility
• Move, arrange, and reset tables, chairs, and other conference room furniture based on scheduled events
• Ensure meeting spaces are clean, organized, and ready before conferences and events
• Quickly reset rooms between meetings or events when needed
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, common areas, breakrooms, conference rooms, and other assigned areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot-clean floors
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
• Restock restroom and facility supplies
• Respond to spills and other cleaning needs throughout the workday
• Monitor the facility and proactively address areas that need attention
• Communicate with client staff and supervisors regarding conference setups, cleaning needs, and facility concerns
• Perform other general day porter and facility support duties as assigned
• Provide great customer service
