Job summary

ServiceMaster Residential Co is seeking a Part Time Day Porter to maintain clean and healthy environments at client facilities. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 11AM–5PM, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Responsible for cleaning duties, inventory management, and occasionally working at other sites as needed. Excellent work-life balance and dependable, on-time performance are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• On-the-job training provided for those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures.
• Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean restrooms, windows, dust.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Be able to work at other sites when needed.

Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to:

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Must be able to work at other sites in needed.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
