Summary: Helps foster a positive work environment that inspires, motivates, challenges, supports, and provides ongoing recognition for exceptional performance. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for accepting and accurately processing transactions according to the Bank's policies and procedures. As the initial contact for new and existing clients, a CSR provides excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities and performing account transactions. The CSR determines the appropriate individual/line of business to handle sales opportunities and more complex customer service issues.
This position is 100% in-office. The employee will work scheduled hours in a designated WesBanco location. Considerations for location include: Home office will be Arlington, OH. Travel to three Findlay locations: Carey, Fostoria, McComb, and Ottawa.
High school diploma or GED required. Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
