Job Description

Summary: The CSR fosters a positive work environment, accepts and processes transactions accurately, provides excellent customer service, identifies sales opportunities, and handles account transactions. Responsible for determining the appropriate handling of customer issues and sales opportunities.

Location: This position is in-office, based in Arlington, OH, with travel to three Findlay locations: Carey, Fostoria, McComb, and Ottawa.

Essential Functions
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Perform customer transactions.
  • Maintain operational and security proficiency.
  • Identify referral opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Model the bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge standards.
  • Accept and accurately process financial transactions.
  • Manage cash drawer and follow proper cash handling procedures.
  • Operate within security and audit procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and customer information.
  • Support team environment by answering calls and other duties.
  • Meet individual referral goals.
  • Handle sales opportunities and complex customer service issues, ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Conduct outbound calls to support sales and service.
  • Maintain knowledge of bank products and services.
Other Skills and Requirements
  • Proficiency in banking policies, laws, and regulations, including compliance training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook 365 and banking software.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and present information effectively.
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and flexibility skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Availability to work all hours of operation.
