Job summary

Value City Furniture is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support sales and order processing in a busy showroom and call center environment.

You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, schedule deliveries, and maintain accurate records while delivering friendly, efficient service. A High School diploma and strong computer skills are required, with bilingual ability a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Solid computer literacy with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong cash handling and numerical calculation skills.
• Excellent verbal and listening skills; team-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and provide empathetic customer service.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the system accurately.
• Process payments to proper accounts and maintain cash security.
• Prepare daily deposits according to policy.
• Answer calls and respond to queries promptly and courteously.
• Schedule deliveries and communicate status to customers.
• Maintain open orders and showroom displays.
• Assist Office Manager as needed.
