Job summary

North American Title Loans is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help customers access short-term lending solutions with honesty, efficiency, and care. CSRs support customers through every step of the loan process, from answering inquiries to managing loan accounts.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays, plus benefits like medical, dental, vision insurance, paid vacation & PTO, 6 paid holidays, and paid on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work full time.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and evaluate vehicles as part of the loan process.
• Manage loan accounts and daily communications such as payment reminders.
• Perform courtesy calls to customers and ensure accuracy of data.
• Support customers through every step of the loan process with honesty and care.
