Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and shop floor upkeep. You will work with the ALDI team to deliver a clean, well-organized store and exceptional customer service.

Starting wage is $18.50/hour with raises over time. Full-time position with 30+ hours weekly, plus benefits for eligible employees. Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate store equipment is required.

Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, etc.
• Ability to interpret ALDI operating policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and cashiering.
• Maintain stock, merchandising, and cleanliness per store standards.
• Utilize POS to process purchases accurately and report concerns to management.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
• Follow cash policies and maintain inventory procedures.
