Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a full-time Cleaner for 1st shift to perform custodial duties at our Syracuse location. You will sweep, mop, vacuum, clean restrooms, and assist with daily maintenance and periodic tasks under supervision.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail to ensure a clean, safe environment. Candidates should be able to follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and maintain high energy levels during shifts.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities requires no previous experience.
• Able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, organization and energy.

Responsabilités

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo as needed.
• Clean bathrooms, restock supplies, and maintain fixtures daily.
• Collect and bag trash; replace liners and manage waste containers.
• Monitor for defects (urinals, lights) and report to supervisors.
• Snow removal from entrances and walkways as directed.
• Perform periodic tasks such as high dusting, polishing, and wall washing.
