Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Cleaner for 1st shift to perform custodial tasks under supervision, ensuring facilities meet established standards and procedures.

Responsibilities include interior cleaning (vacuuming, trash removal, restrooms, floors) and occasional exterior cleaning or basic maintenance. Reliable, detail-oriented team players who can follow instructions and work evenings or weekends if required are preferred. High school diploma or GED required; some related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment
• Willing to work evenings or weekends (on call) in case of an emergency
• Reliable, thorough, observant, organized, flexible and courteous
• Effective listener and team player
• Understand written or verbal instructions from the designated supervisor
• Some cleaning experience and basic mechanical knowledge is preferred
• Practice the necessary safety protocols and procedures
• Follows through and carries out work orders

Responsibilities

• Interior cleaning of the building (vacuuming, trash removal, restroom cleaning, dusting, floors)
• May perform exterior cleaning and basic maintenance (windows, parking areas, exterior walls)
• Assist with minor maintenance and simple repairs as directed by a supervisor
