Job summary

UPMC Passavant is hiring a Full-Time Professional Staff Nurse to support the MICU/SICU at our McCandless Location. The role offers 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure 24/7 coverage. You will join a Magnet-recognized organization dedicated to high-quality patient care.

Requirements include 1+ year RN experience, RN licensure, and BSN preferred. We value teaching, collaboration, and ongoing professional development with tuition reimbursement and loan

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of RN experience.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BSN preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• NIHSS within 6 months and ACLS within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Communicates patient conditions clearly to care teams and negotiates changes in care.
