Qualifications

• RN or GN eligible for Staff Nurse role.
• Welcomes both experienced and graduate nurses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and daily patient goals.
• Provide education to patients and families based on identified needs.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
