Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents (couples) to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, and supervision for 8–13 students. The role blends mentorship with daily household management and student activities.

This two-person position requires a married couple, at least 2 years together, and both spouses aged 27+. The compensation includes $46,917 per person annually plus comprehensive benefits and relocation/training support.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Ability to lead daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational events.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
