Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents—a two-person couple who live in on-campus homes and mentor 8–13 students. The role follows a 9 days on / 3 days off schedule, with transition to a placed houseparent over time.

Responsibilities include supervising students, managing routines, meds, driving to activities, leading devotions, and budgeting. Benefits include housing, meals, and comprehensive coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-spouse, married-for-at-least-two-years requirement.
• Both spouses must be 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and support student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
