Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents—a two-person couple who will reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8-13 students. The role combines caregiving, mentorship, and administrative tasks within a structured, family-like environment.

The position begins with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Competitive benefits and relocation support are provided.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children in the home.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmentally appropriate events.
• Leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel with students.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
