Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents (couples). You will live in on-campus student homes, supervise 8–13 students, and support academic, emotional, and social development in a family-like setting.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, wellness, transportation to activities, devotions, chapel, and budgeting. This is a rigorous, rewarding career requiring commitment and teamwork from both spouses.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
