Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living on campus and caring for a group of 8–13 students. You will supervise, mentor, and support students in a structured, family-like home environment to foster academic, emotional, and social growth.

The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule, with progression to a placed houseparent living arrangement. Benefits include housing and meals on duty, training, and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel with students.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
