Job summary

The role requires a Master’s degree in counseling or social work and Texas LPC/LCSW licensure, with a minimum of two years of counseling experience. Travel between locations is expected; bilingual English/Spanish is helpful.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field.
• Texas LPC or LCSW licensure required.
• Minimum of 2 years counseling experience.
• Experience with brief, solution-focused approaches.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain records."

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured intake assessments to identify concerns, strengths, and goals.
• Provide short-term, solution-focused counseling services.
• Help clients develop coping strategies and address stress, work-life balance, and barriers.
• Maintain professional boundaries and document sessions thoroughly.
• Refer to external services when needed and coordinate with HR/management.
• Provide crisis support within scope and safety protocols.
• Travel between Goodwill locations as required.
