Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide short-term workplace counseling at the DGR Ops Center in San Antonio. You will support team wellbeing, attendance, and performance with structured, solution‑focused sessions.

Requires a Master’s degree in counseling or related field and current Texas licensure, plus at least two years of counseling experience.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field.
• Current Texas LPC or LCSW licensure required.
• Minimum of 2 years counseling experience with short-term or brief service settings.
• Experience with diverse populations and complex barriers preferred.
• Strong documentation skills meeting licensure standards.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is helpful.
• Ability to travel frequently between Goodwill locations.
• Strong assessment and referral skills.

• Conduct intake assessments to identify concerns, strengths, and goal areas.
• Provide short-term, solution-focused counseling services.
• Assist team members in developing coping strategies through psychoeducation and brief skill-building.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality per licensure.

• Collaborate with management, HR, and internal support programs.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation per policy and licensure requirements.
