Stay Young Mental Health & Wellness in San Antonio, TX seeks Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to see new client referrals on a contractual basis with flexible scheduling across days, nights, or weekends.

Providers must be fully licensed, hold a Master's degree, and operate within a team approach. The practice completes credentialing and billing requirements, offering Wellness Support Benefits to providers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Licensed by state board to provide Counseling.
• Licensed across LPC/LCSW/LMFT titles in their state.
• Contract length is 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to clients using evidence-based therapies.
• Record treatment notes in the EHR system and maintain progress notes.
• Be familiar with community resources and make referrals as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to develop wellness treatment plans.
