Position Overview

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Clinical Counselor will provide individual, group, and family counseling using various intervention models. The counselor will create and monitor treatment plans, and when needed, conduct home or school visits to ensure clients receive consistent support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Preferred licensure: LPC, LSW, AMFT, or CADC
• Experience working with adolescents in a counseling setting
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (insurance required)
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
