Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates with therapy and care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation while following regulatory standards.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality per healthcare regulations.
