Job summary

Premier Rehab & Healthcare at Burlington is hiring a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Burlington, Vermont. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to help residents and patients improve independence and quality of life.

Pay: $32–$38 per hour. New graduates welcome. In-house rehab team with supportive environment and competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Vermont COTA license in good standing.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions under supervision of an OT.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Address ADLs, mobility, strength, cognition, balance, and performance areas.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the OT.
