Relient Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Newport, VT. Full-time position Monday–Friday. New grads welcome and direct hire.

You will work with a supportive rehab team to implement treatment plans under OT supervision and help patients regain independence. We offer competitive pay roughly $30–35/hour plus a complete benefits package, PTO, holidays, and potential sign-on or relocation assistance.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current VT license (or eligibility).
• Strong communication and patient-care focus.

Mansioni

• Implement treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Assist patients with daily living and functional activities.
• Document progress and communicate updates to OT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques.
• Support the rehab team in achieving patient goals.
