Job summary

Resolve Diamondback is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our care team on a full-time basis. The COTA will implement treatment plans under a licensed OT, assist with ADLs and mobility, and educate patients to promote independence and safety.

The role requires a COTA license, graduation from an accredited program, CPR/BLS, and strong communication skills. Prior SNF or rehab experience is preferred; join a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active state COTA license or certification, as applicable.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification, as required by the facility.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, and therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist.
• Document treatments and patient responses accurately.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support quality patient care.
