White Stallion Ranch is seeking a Full Time Cook to prepare high-quality, from-scratch meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will ensure dietary needs are met, maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and follow health codes while working as part of a team.
Responsibilities include plated and buffet service, food safety, accurate measurements, and collaboration with colleagues to execute menus. A Food Handler’s certification is required and the role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Meal service includes plated breakfasts and buffet-style lunches and dinners. This role requires attention to dietary needs, food safety, and teamwork to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
In addition to food preparation, cooks are responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen in compliance with Pima County Health Codes, state regulations, and ranch standards.
