Job summary

Candidate should have at least two years in a hotel/restaurant kitchen, strong sanitation knowledge, and excellent customer service skills. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in all stations of a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work with the restaurant team.
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Able to multitask and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply management, including securing items for prep, storing leftovers, and maintaining inventories.
