Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group in Swiftwater, PA is hiring for a full-time COOK position. Location is Sanofi Swiftwater with a Monday–Friday 5:30 am–2:00 pm schedule. Prior culinary experience is required, and internal referral bonuses are available.

Pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with free meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select locations. Associates receive comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness and stores or discards excess food following safe handling procedures.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat, stores food and supplies per standards.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Reports needed maintenance or faulty equipment to the supervisor.
• Follows HACCP standards and safety procedures.
