Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is hiring immediately for full-time COOK positions at FMC - 2929 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with online applications accepted only. Requires at least two years of cooking experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, ensuring proper temperature and appealing presentation.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the kitchen; stores/discards excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Assists in production planning, records and reporting as required.
• Assists in ordering and receiving all food and supplies as needed.
• Reports maintenance or safety issues to supervisor promptly.
