Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored according to standards.
• Oversee cooking activities of kitchen staff as assigned by the supervisor.
• Follow established recipes for entrees and menu items.
• Operate and clean equipment after use and perform routine cleaning.
• Label, date, and store food items; maintain organized storage.
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines for food safety and quality.
• Complete daily production records and other required documentation.
