Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preparing meals in accordance with menus, special diets, and portion controls.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and food service areas.
• Recording food temperatures and preparing pureed meals as needed.
• Ensuring food is presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.
• Assisting with serving and supervising in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor.
• Participating in staff training and orientation.
