Xanterra Travel Collection at Mount Rushmore National Memorial is seeking a full-time cook to prepare menu items and ensure quality, safety and sanitation. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen supporting cafeteria, grab-and-go meals and banquets, with a typical 40-hour schedule and year-round operations.

Formación

• Culinary degree and 4 years of kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Cook, portion and garnish food orders for customers.
• Prepare foods according to recipes and regulatory standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at high standards in kitchen areas.
• Cut, portion and prepare vegetables, meat and other ingredients.
• Train and supervise others to follow set standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
