Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group in Malvern, PA is seeking a full-time Prep Cook to support the kitchen team. You will assist the Chef, prep deli items, follow recipes, and help ensure safe, high-quality food for service.

• Must have food prep experience and deli/sandwich know-how.
• Experience following recipes and HACCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Tastes meals to ensure quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy. Follows HACCP guidelines.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Completes orders from steam tables and grill and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
