Acacia Health Center at Sagewood in Phoenix is hiring a full-time Cook to join our caring team. This 5-Star rated health center offers a resort-style setting within Sagewood Senior Living Community, part of Life Care Services.

The role features daytime hours, no late nights, and every-other-weekend shifts. Pay is $20/hour with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a cook in a restaurant, senior living, hotel, or similar.
• Arizona Food Handler Card required.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required (we can help you get it).

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents and guests in a healthcare setting.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Assist with meal planning and special dietary needs.

• Schedule: 10:00a-6:00p. No late nights! Working every other weekend.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for food and making a difference
• 1+ year experience as a cook in a restaurant, senior living, hotel, or similar
• Comfortable working every other weekend and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Arizona Food Handler Card required
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required (we can help you get it)
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Flu vaccine required.
